Iran Not Helpless
To the Editor:
I have been following closely developments in the Iranian situation, and I understand that several nations have offered to furnish tankers to transport Iranian oil, and that at least one American oil company indicated a willingness to engage in operations in Iran.
I believe that future developments in this situation will reveal that the Government of Iran is not nearly as helpless, or at as great a disadvantage in operating its oil industry as some wishful thinkers seek to affirm.
